Negative: The accomodation asked me to pay 500 Euro in advance as "caution". As a Booking client for very long time, this is the first time that I was asked to pay something in advance as a "cation". The communication was poorly.

Déception et j attends le retour de ma réclamation Positive: Les équipements et la propreté Negative: Beaucoup d équipement cassés, impossibilité de joindre le propriétaire car il n’y avait pas d eau chaude. La conciergerie ferme à 17h, heure du Check in . Je ai même pas utilisé le jaccuzi

Tres bel appartement, j’ai passé un bon séjour, très confortable. Positive: Matelas confortable Propreté Kit de départ nickel, serviettes, produits d’hygiène Negative: Très chaud (pas de Clim) sous les combles Caution de 500€bloqué pendant 7 jours après le départ assez handicapant.

Sucks Positive: The property is with good condition, kind of luxury-holidag decoration style, with access to bath tub and bamboo furniture. Negative: 1. The location is not that convenient, if you want to head to Paris centre, you need to take subway 7, which has to go through a 12 minutes walk. 2. There is no wifi, which indicated on the roomcondition, however the staff did not mention the signal is really poor, almost no signal. Also, no air conditioner, really hot when entering into summer, hard to fall asleep at all. 3. The worse thing is that the way they treat guests, it's not like a welcome, but always hight rules. They charge €500 as depisit and told me if I was reported by neighbors, I will be charged the deposit. But the fact is my neighbour always enter the door after 1200 am which is clearly heard each time. Also there will be an automatic message at 11am on check out day, €20 deduction will occur if you checj out late. All the way they treat guests are more like starring at you making mistakes, then they will charge it. I did not get my €500 deposit back yet today!!!!!! I won’t come back and won’t recommend to any of my friends. If i cannot get the deposit back within this week, i will report this accommodation via booking.
