Нормально Positive: Дизайн и местоположение Negative: Неудобная кровать и пастельное белье ,полотенца и зеркала не очень удобные

Verschrikkelijk verblijf & verschrikkelijke verhuurders Positive: Helemaal niets! Negative: Geen shampoo en zeep, terwijl dat wel beloofd wordt. Geen gordijnen, dus slapeloze nachten door licht & inkijk wat omwonend, geen privacy. Gootsteen verstopt. Geen airco. Slechte locatie, na 21:00u geen metro, dus elke avond Uber moeten pakken. In het appartement is er een a4 van de verhuurders met hun whatsappnummer erop, maar daar antwoorden ze niet op.

Disgraceful. Service from property and booking.com Negative: No reply from property owner or booking.com regards my complaint from arrival to leaving apartment 5 days later. Absolute disgrace. Reported on arrival blinds missing/Damaged from both front and rear of property allowing daylight to shine in full apartment from early hours of night. Causing restless 5 nights for all our stay. E-mailed property and booking.com sent photos on property WhatsApp no reply also Phoned property number to get a voice message in French. Totally not acceptable. Property was never cleaned or towels changed, sink blocked up. No air con in apartment, a fan which never worked correct always tilting down to floor.

The property is located in a perfect place with peaceful environment and easy access to public transportation. Positive: The property was good well managed with cleanliness and comfort. Negative: The customer service wasn’t satisfactory they never reply any of our message nor do receive the call, had to wait outside for hours to check in despite had informed the property before hand. As we entered found out the curtains/blind to be broken and when asked they said it would take around a week to fix it.

Positive: Die Wohnung ist super schick.
