Bad unit! Bad owner! Low value for the $. Water heater needed to be constaantly reprimed manually s issues! Terrible sta Positive: Close proximity to the bus station Negative: It was hard to communicate with the owner! He failed to post the lockbox code on the Booking.com website. This is easy to check. It was late evening when we arrived and there was no lockbox near the door, We found out from a benevolent neighbor that the lockbox was somewhere in the backyard! Since we did not have an internet connection or a SIMCARD to call, we were lucky to be helped by a neighbor who called the owner who gave is the code on the phone. We were so lucky!The small size water heater for the entire floor was located in our room. Every time the flame stopped it had to be restarted manually, so the the owner advised the neighbors to knock at our door and request us to re-start the heater. We were not given the key to the entrance door. The only way we could het in was by opening the garden gate anda access the building from the backyard. It was the end of October, so it was very hard to see our way in the dark (no light) with all sort of obstacles we had to avoid in the dark during the evening. The upstairs access was atrocious! This is a 400 year old building and the stairs were at 55 degrees, almost vertical. We are both 80 -year-old handicapped and climbing upstairs with 2 heavy suitcases was excruciatingly painful. This requires a note on Booking.com that the unit is not recommended for older people! We are requesting a one day refund due to all the issues we experienced with this booking!

Positive: Propreté, réactivité du personnel en cas de problème( par téléphone), emplacement. Negative: Demande de caution de 500€ , sans aucun état des lieux. Studio pour 2, vaisselle pour 2 uniquement( 2 assiettes,2 fourchettes,...) Toilettes sanibroyeur très bruyant. Pas de possibilité d'avoir 2 clés(pour 2 personnes, ça peut être utile).
