Awful and unwelcome with horrible communication and rude staff with zero sympathy. Positive: NOTHING. They should be taken off Booking.com and reported. Customer service is non existent. Negative: My experience at Blue dream house was AWFUL. i would like my money back as I did no even et to STAY in it! Even before I got to check in (which was unsuccessful), though I had messaged them several times asking if the check in was going to be with a human being or with a door code, I got no human being answer other than an automatic message saying that 24 hours befor check in, that i would know It was already stressful because I was traveling alone with young children and a lot of suitcases with managing work calls and meetings and needed to plan. I then got a message sayign that in addition to prepaying for the lodgin for a week that I needed to pay upfront a deposit worth MORE than my one week stay as a deposit just in case anything broke. I would not receive any message on how to get in until I did that. I had t upload my ID card, make the payment etc and THEN I only received an automated message with an online booklet on the house. I went immediately ot the check in tab and in the check in tab it said that on the day I wuld receive via SMS (text) the door code. So I waited and by 5/6 pm which was when I planned to check in (not too late ahead of my boys shower and bed time), i did not receive it so I sent several messages on booking to get the door code but no answer. I then gave up when it was around 8ish pm and was time for my boys to eat. I did not have a place to stay so I was stressed and angry as I had to pay alot of money for the lodging and down payment and no human being answered. FINALLY when I did get a message, it was only an answer with photos only from clearly a Gen Z person that did not know how to communicate. I did not understand what the photos were showing. She then was super rude to me and never apologized for not answering my question about the door code. She eventually said after saying i did not know how to read, that it was bizarrely in another tab in the booklet. It was too late for me to try that night and I felt VERY unwelcome.

While the location is great, I did not appreciate the surprise of paying a deposit of 500 euros after making the resrvat Positive: The location is good. Negative: 1. The fact they take a 500 euro deposit but do not reimburse it immediately . It has already been 7 days since I left the place tidy. 2. The appt is noisy . For example, people slam the doors.

Great place to stay Positive: Very quaint location near restaurants Light airy stylish apartment Comfortable and quiet Easy walk to train station. Negative: Maybe need a description of suggested places to try and park A little map/ description of where to find the outside bin would be good . ( I only noticed the bin area when uphill from it .I had walked past it without noticing )

correct Positive: L'emplacement dans le centre ville de Marly, la disposition de l'appartement Negative: appartement adapté pour une ou 2 personnes : la literie de la chambre est de bonne qualité, mais le canapé du salon n'est pas adapté pour un couchage adulte : les accoudoirs empêchent de pouvoir s'allonger entièrement, il faut dormir de travers (impossible à 2), et le support du canapé n'est pas confortable.
